Add team members to collaborate in your Spaces.

Members page before inviting teammates

An empty Members page provides an Add Members action for sending the first invitation to a teammate.

If you haven't invited a team member to work with click Add Members. Enter their email address and a role you want them to have.

Add to Your Team

Include an email address and select a role for the new team member.

Invite a team member

The invitation form accepts a teammate's email address and lets you assign the Admin, Billing, or Member role before sending the invitation.

The roles you can choose are:

  • Admin. The administrator role provides read/write access to Spaces and Members.
  • Billing. The billing role provides read access to Billing in Settings and can access invoices only.
  • Member. The member role provides read/write access to Spaces.

When you add a team member they receive an email. The email contains a link that completes their account setup. Initially, you will see their account status as Invited.

You have one collaborator. You have one pending invitation.
