Understand your payments, payment methods, and invoices
The Billing page displays your current plan, your payment method, and your invoices.
When you subscribe to a plan, its details will be displayed from Billing. The details include the next payment amount and its due date. The cost of using Cloud Spaces is also displayed and updated daily.
Plan
You are on the Connect plan*.
* It can take up to one hour for invoices to appear after changing plans.
** Usage is the running cost of Cloud Spaces and is updated daily. We send you a separate invoice for usage payments that are greater than the monthly value of the Connect plan.
The amount included in Subscription payment
is the monthly (or yearly) price of the plan you subscribed to, multiplied by the number of users (Admin
and Member
roles only).
The amount included in Current usage
is the cost of hosting your Cloud Spaces and is billed at the same rate as the cloud provider you choose.
The Next payment due
is the date on which we will invoice you and attempt to charge your payment method. This date is usually on the first day of a monthly (or yearly) billing cycle, but if you change plans we charge your payment method off-cycle.
The Payment Method section includes the last four digits of your current payment method. You can change your payment method any time.
When we charge your payment method and encounter errors, for example, an incorrect billing address, the errors appear here.

Your current payment method ends in 4242.
The Invoices section includes a list of invoices that are available to download as PDFs. An invoice will appear for each monthly (or yearly) billing cycle and also if we charge your account for usage of Cloud Spaces off-cycle. An invoice will also appear when you change your plan.
